Employee Spotlight: Kaitlyn Bobbitt, PT, DPT

Get excited Chicago, Kaitlyn Bobbitt, PT, DPT has joined our growing Lakeshore East clinic and we couldn’t be happier to have her on our React PT team! Here’s a little introduction to our newest Lakeshore East physical therapist addition:

Why did you decide to become a physical therapist?

I decided to become a physical therapist because I have always been interested in the body and how it works. I believe quality and pain-free movement is one of the most important parts of living. With this career, I can educate people on how to safely keep their bodies moving to reach their goals.

What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?

Exploring the city of Chicago, trying new restaurants/ recipes at home, hiking/traveling, and being on/in any of the Great Lakes.

One Fun Fact about yourself?

I grew up sailing on Lake Erie.

Where are you from?

I am from Cleveland, Ohio. I went to undergrad and graduate school in the Cincinnati area (Miami University and Mount St. Joseph University). I just moved to Chicago (and out of Ohio for the first time ever) this summer.
