How Not to Get Hurt During A Tackle Football Game

Happy Thanksgiving! If you’ve done a cost-benefit analysis and decided to meet up with loved ones this year, you may be playing your annual Thanksgiving football game. Here are some tips to avoid injury:

  • Don’t play.

Alright, alright. Here’s some actual advice. There’s research to support that a dynamic warm-up is the best way to prepare yourself for high-level physical activity. You’ll improve blood flow throughout your body to help you play better and be less susceptible to injury (3-5 minutes is all it takes). Just look out for those random holes in the ground.
