Join Rebekah as she walks you through where to start, including assessing for DRA, appropriate exercises for the immediate postpartum, and guides you through the return to higher-level exercises after 6 weeks postpartum. She will also let you know what signs you need to look out for that may indicate a need for reduction in exercise intensity and signs you can progress.
