Hi, I’m Brandon Finch. For over 20 years, fitness has been more than a passion, it’s been my purpose. I’m driven by one thing: helping people unlock their full potential and create real, lasting transformation.
My journey started in a small town in western Illinois and has taken me through every corner of the fitness industry. For the past nine years, I’ve focused exclusively on personal training, refining a results-driven approach that delivers at every level.
As an ISSA-certified personal trainer, nutrition specialist, and fitness coach, I offer a fully integrated experience designed to elevate your performance, health, and confidence. Whether you’re a Division I athlete, a busy professional, an active senior, or just beginning your journey, you’ll receive a program built specifically for you.
I specialize in private and small group training, combining expert programming with accountability and precision. From building lean muscle and losing weight to improving functional strength and overcoming injuries, every detail is tailored to your goals and designed to exceed them.

What a Training Session May Include
Training sessions follow a logical flow while remaining flexible and individualized. Depending on the goal and the individual, sessions may include preparation work, strength or conditioning training, and recovery-focused work.
The goal is to apply the right tools at the right time to support consistent progress.
Individual and Group Training Options
- Individual Training One-on-one coaching tailored to personal goals, movement needs, and experience level.
- Group Training Small-group sessions with individuals of similar goals or experience levels, offering a supportive and motivating training environment.
Session Options
- Individual Sessions Single sessions are available for flexibility or trial purposes
- Session Packs Multi-session packs are ideal for consistency, progression, and accountability
Schedule
- Monday and Wednesday 6am -11 am
- Tuesday and Thursday 6am – 7am and afternoons 4pm – 7pm
- Friday 6am- 7am and 1:30pm – 7pm
- Saturday and Sunday 6am – 1pm
