Jarrett Hussey
Personal Trainer
Jarrett Hussey is an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in human physiology and several years of experience working in physical therapy clinics. He specializes in strength training, movement quality, and helping individuals transition from rehabilitation into long-term, sustainable training. Jarrett has worked alongside physical therapists at React for the past five years as the lead aide.
Jarrett has an athletic background that includes playing football and competing in track and field at the high school level, with experience in hurdles and pole vault, as well as one year of semi-professional football in Iowa. He has also personally gone through rehabilitation after tearing his ACL twice, giving him firsthand experience with the physical and mental demands of the rehab process. This perspective informs his work with athletes, post-rehab clients, and active individuals, with an emphasis on proper movement, thoughtful progression, and long-term health and performance.
What a Training Session May Include
Training sessions follow a logical flow while remaining flexible and individualized. Depending on the goal and the individual, sessions may include preparation work, strength or conditioning training, and recovery-focused work.
The goal is to apply the right tools at the right time to support consistent progress.
Individual and Group Training Options
- Individual Training One-on-one coaching tailored to personal goals, movement needs, and experience level.
- Group Training Small-group sessions with individuals of similar goals or experience levels, offering a supportive and motivating training environment.
Session Options
- Individual Sessions Single sessions are available for flexibility or trial purposes
- Session Packs Multi-session packs are ideal for consistency, progression, and accountability
Schedule
- Weekday mornings at 5:00 am, 6:00 am, and 7:00 am
- Monday–Thursday afternoons at 4:00 pm
- Friday afternoons at 2:00 pm
